“The year since graduation has been spent furthering my practical understanding of the weaving process. Whilst the use of digital machinery to execute more intricate works still remains an avenue of my practice, beginning to weave my tapestries by hand has been a totally different experience. From building my own loom, to then playing with traditional weaving techniques: it has been an ongoing exploration into the reproduction of graphics. & it’s been this new understanding that has set the trajectory for my recent creative output.”
